#382 "Jelly Filled"

A year or so back I painted a small group of pieces that centered around donuts (or doughnuts I never can remember how to spell it). For an upcoming show I'm going to do another series of smaller pieces and a couple of not so smaller ones to go along with them. There is so much going on with these guys as far as textures, colors, and reflections go. And on top of that it, an extra donut here or there that don't make their way onto the still life table make the early morning just a bit sweeter.

  1. What a great piece! I love the gold frame because it brings such good-natured humor to the piece. Bravo and well done!
