#351 Turp
Sometimes finding still life subjects can be hard for me, and the usual answer that I come up with to get me out of whatever funk I'm in, is to paint something that's already in the studio. This little guy, in a former life, was a bottle of vanilla extract. When all of the vanilla'y' goodness was used up it was reborn as my turp holder. I buy the giant gallon size containers of it and needless to say they don't fit on my easel tray so this little guy is a nice in between holder for me when I need to loosen up some paint on the palette.
