#306 Laughing Cow
We've usually got a small wheel of these little Laughing Cow Swiss cheeses in our fridge and there are always apples of varying colors and sizes rolling about. So to break away from toys and flowers I wanted to do something a bit more simple. Don't know if its any simpler than the others but the creamy notes in the cheese along with the foil wrapper made it a fun little challenge.
Cheese and an apple seem to go good together so why not a painting. Awesome!

DeleteThis is very interesting, especially that simple dark background contrasted with the detailed still life and that red apple. Lots to ponder here.
ReplyDeleteI've been doing more of these dark background guys lately . . . my gallery in town here loves them, and my wife gives me the evil eye when I put something up now without it:)
